We were blessed that Mom and Dad were willing to watch all seven kids the beginning of April, so that we could get away for a few days. We went to the Bahamas, which was the first time for me to go out of the country. Other than driving into Canada briefly a couple of times. We left on Wednesday afternoon and returned on Sunday afternoon. We had such a good time being away, although we did miss the kids, it was so nice just to be with each other.

So we saw the pink bank when we were on a bus ride, and I thought that was really unique!
The "bizarre".........where everyone goes to sell there goods. That's were it felt more like we were definitely in a third world country! They are pushy, and want to sale you everything : ). It was a neat experience!
We walked down to the port where the cruise ships dock. It was pretty amazing seeing those huge ships up close.
The water is absolutely gorgeous!
These flowers in front of the hotel were so pretty!
