Date night...

 Since we didn't date before marriage we certainly enjoy doing it now!  We try to regularly go on dates.  It's always good to go out and be alone, and keep connected in each other's lives.  My husband works long days.  His day doesn't end at 5pm, because when you run a company, you're always working.  But, he careful to make sure that the kids and I come first.  Many a night he comes home from work, has dinner with us, bathes the kids, does devotions with us, and then goes back to work until the early morning hours.  And, the next day he's not sleeping in, but off to work at the normal time.  And, for me running a house for the day with seven munchkins can often leave me ready for the adult conversation in the evening.  So, we always look forward to date night.

 This baby boy still comes on dates with us.  He hasn't been left home with babysitters yet, but it's coming.  He's really good though when we're out, and often falls asleep at his normal bed time, just as if he was at home.
