Hannah-Lynn turned two months last week! She's growing up, and it's hard to believe two months have already gone by since we were blessed with her. She had her two month checkup at the pediatrician's and she's doing very well. She weighed 13lbs., and she's 24 in. long.
Yesterday she found her thumb, and it looks too cute, but I'm making sure she takes her paci over the thumb!

On a different not...the "13 lbs" really jumped out at me. Wasn't it only July or August of last year when y'all asked for prayer that Brandon would get up to 14 lbs?? (my memory could be bad though, and it could have been more than that...I just know he had a struggle gaining any weight - and his little life is so amazing!)

Yes, it was around August of last year that we were hoping Brandon would reach 14 lbs., and he was 5 months old. Children that have hearts problems tend to have a problem gaining weight because their hearts work harder than ours, and they burn it off. But, after Brandon had his second surgery he started gaining weight really quickly, which was in August of last year. Now he's doing good in that department, and no one is worried about that anymore!

I thought I had the numbers in my head. :) God has really been with Brandon, and I guess we take it for granted so easily that babies are supposed to gain weight, and that's that. That is, until you have a baby (or know of one) that has struggles (such as heart problems) and it makes you realize how precious & fragile life really is. He's quite a cute big fellow now, praise the Lord!!
