Vacation Part 2.......Shipshewana, Indianna

The third leg of our trip was from Ohio to Shipshewana, Ind. We use to visit this little Amish town as newlyweds an

d decided it would be a great place to take the kiddos for a night. We arrived there just after lunch, and walked into town to check out all the shops.
I thought this display was so pretty.

We had such a good time at the Taylor's house. It was the first time for us to go to their house to visit, since having a family of our own, and we enjoyed it. The children enjoyed getting to visit and play with their cousins.

Thomas took Adrian and Brandon fishing out at their pond, and Adrian caught two fish. He was so excited about that!

Family vacation........part one

On October 2nd we left for a two week trip! We had been planning this trip for a while, so it was very exciting to finally be going. Our first stop was Tennessee, where we stayed over night at a friend's cabin there. I do have a lot of pics of this stop, but don't know where they are right now. I'm hoping the computer didn't eat them! So, anyways the next place was Kentucky where we met up with Gordon, Mae, and the family to go to the Creation Museum. That was such a cool place, and so neat to go to a Museum that actually teaches Creation. The kids really enjoyed it, and it was fun to do it with family. That evening we went to the Taylor's house in Ohio, and stayed there two nights.
